TSC Recruitment Score Sheet Post Primary Recruitment January 2023

In Summary

  • Best marketable TSC subjects combination
  • TSC Score sheet for master and graduate teachers 2022/2023
  • TSC Score sheet for diploma teachers 2022/2023
  • Awarding of marks for Length of stay since qualifying as a teacher (since graduation)
  • Awarding of marks for Length of stay since qualifying as a teacher for those previously employed by TSC
  • Advantage of certificate of Co-curricular participation

In the new recruitment guidelines released by TSC, qualified teachers who have stayed quite longer since graduation will stand high chances of securing TSC jobs.

Interestingly the commission has not factored in marks for applicants who will provide evidence for internship. Previously, applicants who produced evidence for internship secured 15 marks depending on duration spent in internship program. Surprisingly, the commission has now added the 15 marks to the length of stay since graduation.

Another factor that will increase chances of one to get employed is the quality of certificate. However, tutors teaching subjects combinations like Physics/Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and Chemistry/Biology are easily absorbed by TSC since they are few.
